6 Weight Gain Smoothies That Will Blow Your Mind & Grow Your Booty

These smoothies are certain to help you gain the pounds you need as well as fuel your journey to thiccness 🍑

So, I just started my weight gain journey a few months ago and it has been a constant learning experience; especially when it comes to dieting.


Confession: I’ve been eating way more than I’ve been working out. Oopss!!


Anywaaaay, because I’m a full-time student and always on the move I needed something that I could take around with me. I was finding hitting my daily calorie goal difficult when I was only relying on solid food because I would get so full so fast. I don’t know if I’m the only one with this problem?


But never fear, weight gain smoothies are here!! *jazz hands*

I realized that smoothies are a delicious and fast way to get the calories in. It's as simple as blending the ingredients in bulk during the weekend, pouring the smoothies into separate bottles enough for the week, toss the bottles into the freezer and take one out every day.


The thing I love about smoothies is that there are infinite possibilities of tantalizing flavours just using simple, cheap and easy to find ingredients; as in you can mix almost anything and it’ll still turn out amazing.


These smoothies are sure to add some zest in your life; they’re packed with carbs, protein and healthy fats that come with the fruity ingredients. However, if you’re looking for an extra pump, you can add protein powder or an egg. Basically, what I’m saying is that you can tailor these recipes to your specific needs. And that’s why I love smoothies, they’re so volatile.


Disclaimer: For the sake of all things cute, the smoothies have been photographed in bowls instead of bottles because smoothie bowls are waaay cuter.


Now, to the good stuff…


Sensual Strawberry

1. Sensual strawberry

  • A cup of frozen strawberries.

  • 1 packet of strawberry flavoured dairy fresh.

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  • 3 frozen bananas.

  • 2 handfuls of oats.


Nutty Nutella

2. Nutty Nutella

  • 1 and a half tablespoons of Nutella.

  • 1 packet of vanilla flavoured dairy fresh.

  • 3 frozen bananas.

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (optional)

  • 1 handful of nuts.

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 handful of oats.


Mixed Berry Madness

3. Mixed Berry Madness

  • 1 and a half cups of mixed berries.

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 packet of strawberry flavoured dairy fresh.

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

  • 1 handful of oats.

  • 3 frozen bananas.


Raspberry Surprise

4. Raspberry Surprise

  • 3 frozen bananas.

  • A cup of frozen raspberries.

  • 1 packet of strawberry flavoured dairy fresh.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.


Berry Blast

5. Berry Blast

  • A handful of frozen strawberries, blueberries and raspberries each.

  • 1 packet of vanilla flavoured dairy fresh.

  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  • 3 frozen bananas.

  • A handful of oats.


Avo - BerryMuch

6. Avo - BerryMuch

  • 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries.

  • 2 teaspoons of sugar.

  • 1 packet of strawberry flavoured dairy fresh.

  • Half an avocado.

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
